StampifyPro offers personalized and made-to-order products, including but not limited to:

  • Thank You Stickers

  • ReviewBoost™ QR Review Solutions

  • Other custom branding products

Because many of our products are personalized, slight variations in engraving, positioning, ink impressions, colors, and final appearance may occur.

3. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

By uploading any logo, artwork, image, text, signature, or design, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the submitted content, or

  • You have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.

You agree not to upload any copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization.

StampifyPro and Infomystique Technologies are not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

4. Design Approval

Where applicable, a digital proof may be provided before production.

Once a design has been approved by the customer, production begins.

StampifyPro is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof, including spelling mistakes, incorrect logos, layout issues, or other customer-approved content.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on stampifypro.com are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other local government fees are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including PayPal and other supported payment gateways.

Depending on your selected payment method, your payment statement may display "Aaqib Khan Pathan" or "Infomystique Technologies", both representing authorized payment processing for StampifyPro.

StampifyPro does not store complete payment card information.

7. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order.

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

  • Limit product quantities.

If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be issued.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, personalized or custom-made orders generally cannot be cancelled.

ReviewBoost subscriptions may be cancelled before activation. Once activated, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Production & Delivery

Production times displayed on the Website are estimates only.

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.

StampifyPro is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Force majeure events

10. Shipping

Shipping timelines vary depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Additional customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Returns & Refunds

Customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

  • The error was caused by StampifyPro.

12. Product Usage

Customers are responsible for using products safely and according to their intended purpose.

StampifyPro shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond the intended application.

13. ReviewBoost™ Services

Certain products include access to online services such as the ReviewBoost Business Portal.

Features may include:

  • QR management

  • Business dashboard

  • Review activity

  • AI writing assistance

  • Account management

Portal access is provided according to the subscription period included with your purchase.

Renewal fees may apply after the initial subscription period.

StampifyPro reserves the right to improve, modify, or discontinue online features with reasonable notice where practical.

AI-generated text is provided only as writing assistance. Customers remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any content they choose to publish.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Interfere with Website security.

  • Misrepresent your identity.

  • Use our services to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

15. Limitation of Liability
